Agentro ("the App") is a tool operated by Moomkin that helps businesses manage comments and direct messages on their own social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
The App reads and replies to comments and messages only on accounts connected by their authorized owner, on that owner's behalf, for community management and customer support.
The App is used in accordance with the terms and policies of Meta and YouTube. It does not access, message, or act on accounts that have not been connected by their owner.
Agentro uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features of the App, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that Google's use of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Our own handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is". Moomkin is not liable for any indirect damages arising from its use.
